1. Leave giant sized dispenser bottles of Sriracha around high populated areas.
These areas will be around outdoor public eateries and eating areas such as Bryant Park, Central Park, Union Square Park.
This will create buzz as consumers who know the product will be able to explain what it is to curious onlookers.
The bottles will have 4 dispensers on each.
Since this will be an outdoor event, it will require fair weather – sometime during the early summer.
2. Inside shopping carts there will be a poster on the bottom depicting the Sriracha mascot – the rooster, to remind people to purchase their favorite condiment.
These posters will be placed in the shopping carts of Asian supermarkets and specialty markets that carry the product.
